Mass Save Rebates Being Phased Out - April 30th Deadline

Eligible natural gas, oil, and propane heating and water heating equipment must now be purchased and installed by August 31, 2024, with all necessary documentation submitted by September 30, 2024. Customers interested in applying for the 0% HEAT Loan for eligible natural gas, oil or propane equipment must request a HEAT Loan Authorization Letter by April 30, 2024. This marks a pivotal moment in Massachusetts' energy landscape, emphasizing the importance of timely action in embracing cleaner and more efficient technologies.

How to Qualify

- Own and occupy a 1- to 4-family home
- Complete a Home Energy Assessment conducted by a Mass Save Energy Specialist
Loan Specifics
If you qualify, you can borrow between $2,000 and $50,000 with a 0% interest rate. The loan term ranges from 12 to 84 months and can be used for various energy-efficient upgrades, including insulation, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, solar panels, and more.
