As a SCU Credit Union member, your security is a top priority of ours. Our goal is to minimize your exposure to risk and the impact of any fraudulent activity on your credit union accounts. Please review the following information to help prevent fraud on your account:
- SCU Credit Union will never call, text or email you and ask for your Online Banking credentials or a Secure Access Code (SAC).
- Be cautious of any communications that request you to verify personal information, such as login credentials or account details.

- If you have an SCU Debit Mastercard®, review how EnFact Fraud Detection works and how you can confirm a text or call is really from our Fraud Detection Center.
