We are pleased to introduce you to Sharon, our new virtual assistant. Starting the second week of February, Sharon will provide Telephone Banking services and more – all day, any day with voice navigation instead of touch. The original Telephone Banking service will be discontinued in 2025, but Sharon will be here to provide you with the same great service.
Call Sharon at 877-661-3300 and ask about an account or loan. You will automatically be entered to win $1000, $500 or $250 prize*.
Sharon will answer your questions or send you to a representative if needed. When reaching out, if you have an account or loan question, please have your Member Number and PIN ready.
Things you can ask:
"Sharon, what is my account balance?"
"Sharon, what were my most recent transactions?"
"Sharon, I’d like to make a payment on my loan."
Most importantly, our contact center team is not going away. They will be available to help members, whenever needed, during regular business hours. Though Sharon will be a great help, we know there are situations in which you will need human assistance. Sharon will connect you with a representative based on your reason for calling. After hours calls may be directed to leave a voicemail.

A: Sharon will ask you up to three times for clarification.
Q: How many questions can I ask?
A: You can ask as many questions as you want.
Q: Do I have to wait for assistance?
A: There is no limitation to how many members the Sharon can help at any given time. Every call is first in line.
Q: How will Sharon help with my credit union experience?
A: If you are unable to call during business hours, Sharon will be available to assist you. No waiting until the next business day for most of your needs.
