Sharon MA –  After thirteen years of devoted service as Chief Operating Officer for Sharon Credit Union, Mark Emerson retired on January 23, 2015.

Mark was a tremendous asset to Sharon Credit Union, playing a major role in the growth of the Credit Union.  During his tenure, the Credit Union doubled its asset size, while dramatically increasing the depth and range of products and services.

“I know I have benefitted greatly from being surrounded by such a talented and dedicated staff, as has the Credit Union as a whole.  I am looking forward to an active retirement, and I leave Sharon Credit Union with a sense of fulfillment and complete confidence that the organization will continue to grow and prosper long into the future”, said Mark.

“We will miss his leadership, expertise and friendship”, said Jim Carlson, President.  “All of us wish him the very best in his retirement”.
