As the new year approaches, our team has been busy working on improving the member experience.
SavvyMoney
Starting in early January, we will launch SavvyMoney, the first of three significant enhancements to the Member Experience.
- Free access to credit score: View your SavvyMoney credit score directly within online banking.
- Full credit report access: Obtain your complete credit report.
- Credit monitoring alerts: Receive timely notifications of potential credit issues.
- Personalized credit score action plan: Get tailored advice to improve your credit score.
- Financial education resources: Access valuable tips and guidance on improving your financial health.
- No impact on credit score: Utilizing SavvyMoney will not affect your existing credit score.
New Account Guides
We've also improved the experience of opening new accounts and loans.
- Simplified process: Streamlined account opening experience for checking and savings accounts.
- Personalized guidance: Receive helpful text messages and emails with links to online guides.
- Guides will cover: Topics like the SCU App, Direct Deposit setup, and uChoose rewards program enrollment.
Sharon - Your Virtual Assistant
Coming soon our virtual assistant, Sharon, will be able to assist when you call Telephone Banking.
- Conversational AI: Interact with Sharon, a virtual assistant, to quickly access account and transaction information.
- Reduced wait times: Minimize wait times by obtaining information and completing many transactions through conversation.
- Continued Contact Center Support: If you love our Contact Center (and we do too, as they're fantastic!), they will continue to be available to assist you as always.
Website Updates
Rounding out our early 2025 updates will be a new website featuring a variety of enhancements to improve the user experience.
